Gavin McGrath
Gavin has close to 20 years of recruitment experience across many sectors, job levels and locations. He has overseen hiring in Ireland, Europe, USA, Australia and India, and holds expertise in finding and engaging the candidates that others can’t. He’s has worked in leadership roles with companies such as Amazon, Booking.com and PayPal; solving candidate sourcing problem, improving time to hire and driving better hiring processes.
Gavin founded this business in the spare room of his home and, in less than 3 years, grew it to be the most Client Centric recruitment business in the country.

Imelda Watson
Imelda first began working in recruitment in 2007 and has a wealth of experience in recruiting banking & finance professionals at all levels.
Imelda has worked with some of the top agencies in the country so fully understands how Cadent Sourcing, and the way we work is the future for companies attracting top quality candidates.
Imelda is a qualified teacher and taught English & History for 8 years in secondary schools around Dublin.

Conor Vaughan
Conor has over 10 years of Construction Recruitment experience, both in the UK & Ireland working both blue and white collar positions.
He holds a Degree in Construction Management, making him one of the most
knowledgeable recruiters currently in the market right now.
Having joined Cadent in 2021, he has overseen the growth of the Constructions Division, to be one of the best in Ireland. He continues to source the most experienced candidates available.

Emily Verastegui
Emily is a human resource professional completely dedicated to understanding the needs of her internal clients, she knows how to adapt and find creative solutions to any type of situation.
She started her career in Venezuela over 10 years ago where she had the great opportunity to work for companies like Deloitte and Sanofi which gave her experience in candidate sourcing, conducting interviews, raise and improving internal policies for benefits.
She had the opportunity to search for candidates in the Caribbean, USA, Europe, the UK and Australia, holding expertise in finding and engaging with the best talents out there.

Mark Skeffington
Mark Skeffington started his career in recruitment when he left his job as a Training Advisor and moved to Prague, Czech Republic.
It was in this job when he learned the trade and specialised in Life Science Recruiting European wide. This was his main area of strength, but he branched out and started to recruit in the IT industry, Sales, and other Sectors.
After a year of this he returned to Ireland and joined Cadent Sourcing to utilise his training and experience in Prague and to further it here and helping clients from all areas.
